In-Store Appointments

For your convenience, schedule a time to shop the store safely, pick up an order or make a return/exchange.

Available services:

  1. Store Visit: Reserve a time to browse and try-on in store. We’ll set aside products you’re interested in so they’re ready for you.
  2. Order Pickup: For a speedy pickup, select a time to pick up your order via the link in your confirmation email. We’ll have it ready for you when you arrive — no need to wait!
  3. Return or Exchange: For our fastest (and free) return option. Before booking an appointment, please refer to our Return Policy.

Note: all in-store services remain unavailable in regions that are temporarily closed due to provincial lockdowns.
Note: Pickup appointments can only be made using the link in your confirmation email once the product has arrived in store.
