Please note, due to change of ownership, all returns must be made by March 30th, 2025.

Unfortunately we are not currently accepting returns by mail, please visit a store for your refund by March 30th or contact 1-800-473-5138

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) by March 30th, with the original receipt or gift receipt and packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Return and Exchange Restrictions:
-In the interest of hygiene, earrings, hair accessories and shoe care may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
-Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
-Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
-Purchases made via Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.

To return or exchange in store any items purchased online, please bring the items along with a copy of the order confirmation email by March 30th. Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online.
